NaijaHandyPro is a digital marketplace connecting independent service providers (Artisans) with clients. We do not employ the artisans. We act as an intermediary providing a platform for discovery and secure payment.
To ensure safety, all payments must be made through our Paystack gateway.
NaijaHandyPro charges a 10% service fee on every successful transaction. This fee is deducted from the total job amount before the artisan is paid. (e.g., If a job is ₦10,000, the Artisan receives ₦9,000).
Artisans agree to provide valid NIN information for verification. We reserve the right to ban any account found providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities.
In the event of a disagreement, the Admin of NaijaHandyPro acts as a neutral mediator. Our decision on whether to refund the client or pay the artisan is final based on the evidence provided (photos, chat logs, etc.).
